This project included working with industry and Government to develop an industry-led skills and workforce development framework for the Transport and Logistics sector. The main goal of our design in this project was to created a lasting system to help develop and check the quality of Occupational Standards (OS). This ensured that training delivery and assessment of competency has consistent outcomes, ensuring employers have confidence in the capability of students during and upon completion of training. In parallel, and OS Guidelines Manual was developed to support long term in country capability to design, implement and maintain OS. AIS Global also facilitated capability building in Vietnamese colleges to develop relevant learning and assessment materials aligned to the Occupational Standards.
